My video list (recorded programs) is empty when I turn my 5050c back on with the AB.
While the memory is almost full.
After factory reset, I have the list back.
If I leave it on standby, there’s nothing to worry about.
If I turn it off, the list is gone
again What could this be, do you think?

You are doing nothing wrong I suspect.
It is because the BBC are showing episodes from different series each day.
For example in the dates you mention 23rd is series 58, 24th is series 57.
