ModeratorMaybe of no help but….
I have just formatted a 1.5TB drive (in a caddy) using GParted (Ubuntu live cd), and the HD recognised the drive and allowed me to set it for recording – free space was indicated to be 1.366 TB
Edit:
Recording tests both instant and scheduled appear to be working ok.

Make sure that the remote is controlling the HDR by pressing the PVR device button (a few have been caught out by this)
Do the buttons of the front of the unit work?

For the answer to that question you would have to ask the BBC, Humax have no control over the content provided on that variant of iplayer.

I have seen one report of similar, and the owner left it powered off for ‘a while’ it then booted correctly the next time he switched it on.

Barry – is it likely there will be any future HDR FOX T2 software updates or is this product now considered by Humax as “mature”?
Thanks
Not sure if an update will be required for skyplayer when it finally launches, and I have no news on that, except to remind members there is more then one agency involved – take that as you will.

ModeratorDo you leave this unit switched on all the time?
The latest released software 1.00.23 has been broadcast numerous times over the air, and your unit should have updated – if left in standby overnight.
Barry
ModeratorDon’t know what happened previously….maybe user error 😳
3 Changes:
110 – BBC ALBA now 10817 V
200 – BBC NEWS now 10802 H
201 – BBC Parliament now 10788 V
Barry
ModeratorExpecting the changes to 3 BBC Channels to happen today:
BBC Alba, News and Parliament.
Just had the pop up on V13 unit, 3 changes, but not the above? No idea what has changed will check further in a moment, although the EPG data for the above now missing.
