9150 OTA is being repeated from 10am Friday 16th
If your customers cannot wait until upload via serial port would have to be carried out.
I am surprised by the number affected, there are either lots who leave their boxes on 24/7, or who have had a problem with the OTA but have done nothng about it.

I suspect it is not your remote that has stopped working.
Was informed an hour ago of a possible problem, and have been working on it.
So far have this to report – boxes appear to lock up if using software version 1.00.19 or earlier, now trying to establish which mux/channel is causing it.
Watch this space.
Edit:
OK not going to be able to tie it down to a channel or mux as it happens on a few.
For the OP
What model of PVR and what version of software does your unit have on board…if it locks to quickly for you to check, then disconnect aerial, and try.
The bottom line for anyone with the problem is to update software to latest versions. 9300 latest is on air now.

ModeratorA change that must have happened yesterday but my V13 unit did not pick up, until this morning.

Have you tried increasing the volume output from the Humax, the default is about half.

Try pressing exit on the ‘no channels’ popup, you should then be taken to the Installation menu, press left arrow, and you should be able to scroll up to record menu, and playback recorded programmes.

ModeratorJust had the pop up on V13
1 channel removed
725 – Abs C Rock
A bit strange removing just one of their channels

ModeratorThis is my own personal take on the matter.
The Freeview HD units, when released, conformed to the spec as was. There is no obligation for manufacturers to put resources into changing/updating software to support later channel launches etc.
However I will ask Humax Towers if they have any plans to support these channels.

ModeratorExcellent stuff, many thanks. Downloaded, will have a play later.

First things to check would be the scart cable/connection:
Are you using a decent quality fully screened scart cable (some of the cheaper ones can suffer from ‘crosstalk’)
Is it in the correct socket on the 9150.
Is it fully pushed home at both ends.
Then check that RGB is enabled on the unit.
