ModeratorUmm I am at a loss with this one:
User activated screen saver (to deactivate screensaver, press green) definitely dismissed with green for me. If left the Humax logo appears and that can be dismissed with just about any key press, and then green.
Unit activated screensaver (Humax logo) dismissed with any key
Does the PVR button flash when you try green?
Anyone else with a Foxsat like to try?

You do not need the box connected to the internet for updating via usb.
Options:
1. Wait for the next OTA which commences on 16 July or
2. Update via USB see this link for software and update instrucions:

ModeratorNo such option with the HDR T2, perhaps whoever suggested it was thinking of the Foxsat HDR.
The red button can be dismissed by pressing green, and the book me prompt can be dismssed by pressing exit.

Auto standby sounds like it is enabled:
Menu, Settings, Other, Automatic Standby.
See this FAQ:
http://myhumax.org/forum/topic/what-is-automatic-standby-option
However fear not, the unit records whether on or in standby.
User manual can be downloaded from this link:

ModeratorInternet radio – Couple of comments noted elsewhere.
Access to Internet Radio was removed in the early hours of Thurs 5th July.
This will stop users suffering from the reboot issue, especially important if recording at the time of course.
Investigations continue as to why this initially worked with V28 during testing but not subsequently.

Can you check the System ID available from Menu, Settings. System, System Information.

ModeratorHardware is not the same and therefore a new box required for YouView I’m afraid.
Barry
ModeratorSeen some comments re reset function as mentioned in the brochure.
YouView are responsible for the UI and other functions, Humax only responsible for software to interface with their hardware.
Barry
ModeratorDon’t think we say this often enough.
Thank you Graham.
