ModeratorJust tried (south west postcode) and it is working for me – usual mix of some titles work and some return an error code.

If other freeview devices on the same aerial are receiving OK then I think a call to Humax is necessary as it appears you have tried everything else.

I am guessing we are talking about the Foxsat units.
ITV Player should appear on channel 903, but not for Scotland and NI postcode areas.

Bit puizzled by this one as the 9300T does not have auto power down but can be set to power down at a specific time via Menu, Preferences, Time Setting, but in any case it should not result in failed recordings.
First step might a return to default settings via the installation menu.
Barry
ModeratorA couple of other things you could try:
1. Switching off the power for a few minutes.
2. Enable then disable the power on setting.
A Factory reset will not delete programmes already recorded, but will delete your scheduled timers list.
Has not happened on my two units which I have had since launch.

Sub titles are recorded as part of the ts file, and certainly work using vlc media player (test was BBC1 SD clip)
Barry
ModeratorSounds like it is permanently in the active state then.
Have you tired switching power of completely for a few minutes?
If that does not fix it, then a factory reset might.

Check Power Saving in Standby option is on via Menu, Settings Other.
Also the unit boots into an ‘active standby’ state approx 15 minutes before any scheduled timer, and would display time and clock symbol then.

No such function on the 9150T.
Only option is via blue key to sort by date ascending/descending or name.
Barry
ModeratorUnfortunately not, whether this will change is anyones guess.
Just one of the many fundamental PVR functions missing from this unit, as highlighted in our FAQ’s

First things to try would be a default setting, stop the auto tuning when it gets to that stage in the reset, and then manually tune in the correct channels.
See This Link for ionstructions on manual tuning.
Barry
Moderator@lomas – a freesat scan should not be finding hundreds of channels only approx 180
It would appear from the list you provided earlier that it is the vertically polarized channels you are missing.
During factory reset does the unit report 2 cable setup?
No expert but could be LNB at fault.
@sallyann16
Have you tried a factort reset?
Barry
ModeratorNot convinced this will work, but if your unit is connected to your network you could also try ftp to the unit.
