The remote supplied with the HDR 1000S is not multi functional unfortunately

1. There is at least one report in another place of someone having issues with DCI Banks, and I presume on a G1 product from their profile. As my recording of the same programme is complete, can only assume a regional broadcast issue?

2. Body of Evidence I presume is a runaway timer, did not record it and no idea what duration or channel it was on.

3. As ever we are dependant on broadcasters providing the correct info for the EPG, and to give an example of where something can go wrong:

Channel Five appear to have changed the series code for Home and Away from next Monday, if users do not spot this sort of thing themselves then timers will obviously fail.

1. No idea if sky wireless adaptor will work, no experience or knowledge of the chipset it uses.

2. I know the Humax wifi dongle works, as I have tested it. There are cheaper alternatives which work on the HDR T2.

It would appear that tuner only indicates if in use.

2. There was no problem with the clock change as far as I am concerened, with the exception of the clock on front display which is now correct :

Test timers I set to:

a. Start before and end after change – recorded ok

b. Start at 1am – recorded OK

Surprised YV have not made an announcement re the rollout.

Not everyone will get it, cannot say anymore as it really should be announced by them.
