For the avoidance of any doubt, the OTA details listed on DTG for next week are correct – it is a repeat of 1.02.28 that is to be broadcast.
Simon if you are sticking with version 09 for the format it is just a case of the following key presses:
Menu
Settings
System
Data Storage
Internal HDD should be highlighted, then select
Format Storage
You then have to confirm a couple of times and input password default is 0000 (4zeros)
Pop up – after 5 or so false starts so far today, ie no changes reported….
3 Changes:
Chan 724 – Absolute moved to 12607 V
Chan 726 – Absolute 80s moved to 12607 V
Chan 729 – JazzFM moved to 12607 V
Normal for freesat+ and freeview+ devices.
When a series ends the timer will remain in the list for 13 weeks and should then be automatically deleted.
You can of course delete them now if an annoyance.

If connected via HDMI then it looks like a handshaking issue, could you try scart connection, and see if you can complete the installation process.

Which unit are you refering to, so we can move this to correct forum
+/- next to a channel number means that the centre frequency of that channel is offset by approx 167Khz to improve coverage and/or reduce interference between transmitters.

Just to be clear, you do not enter the Freesat Tune menu just have it highlighted.
Then slowly (ignoring the screen) press RGYBGYB.
You should then have access to 2 menu items:
Antenna Setting – highlight and press OK to see current settings.
Manual Tune.
A factory reset should have fixed the problem if the 2 x LNB connections are definitely OK and in the right place – outer 2 inputs ignoring middle one
