And it has also been spotted the tech specs say it is a Freesat version!
The site linked to is still under developement, all products had the same spec, it has been changed now though.
The unit is the same under the cover, just a front facia change.

In file manager right hand panel highlight the root of your usb HDD, and press ok – and if required you can press blue and creat a folder.
Now scroll to left panel and select the item you want to copy, and the green button should be active.

There is no facility for ‘rewind record’
No you cannot presently record on demand content. No firm commitment to include it at this time I believe.

We are looking into adding this feature in the future. It will take significant work, so don’t expect it immediately, but it’s an option we’re considering.

You do not need to register to use the apps that are available now, only if you want to configure a personal set up of apps once we get the update – as I understand it presently.

YV finally accepted there was an issue after all, and have apparently been in liason with DMOL, according to a message I received today.
Food network series links now appear to work!
