Some Youview users had problems with that amp as well.
Check firmware version and if necessary contact Yamaha UK for update believe version 2.12 is the latest

• The introduction of a new setting to enable a recording deletion confirmation message.
This setting enables a confirmation message whenever you try to delete a recording in MyView. To enable this, go to Settings > Device Management > Delete Recordings Confirmation and choose ON. (The default is OFF).
• An improvement to the Audio description volume level when viewing HD channels.
• A fix to correct the box time from being reset to 1st Jan 2000 until the box is next restarted.
• A fix to address the small number of cases where all booked recordings failed. In some rare circumstances (e.g. when a device was powered off due to a temporary interruption in the mains power supply) the box failed to wake up correctly, resulting in all recordings failing.

This has been raised as a requirement by users on the Freesat forum…
The last time I checked, all the ‘genuine’ issues reported on there, and more had already been reported up the chain to those that can make a difference.

Presume you are connecting via scart lead, try pressing the source/av button on the tv remote to ensure you are still viewing the correct scart input after the Humax splash screen.
Our DTR T1000 FAQ is more up to date then the link in Martin’s post.
The significant features missing are, no padding, no manual timers, no edit timers, no favourites.

No such facility with the DTR T1000, and may never be as the spec currently states:
‘For presentation of content from USB Drives. No requirement to export content’
This may not be much help as Graham has already indicated….but none the less.
A non freesat tune did not pick up this channel intially on my unit, I had to carry out a tune using the transponder details posted earlier.
Record TV appears on channel 5324 on my list.
Not easy to actually view a channel list in non freesat mode, but you can do by the following:

Next
You will then be presented with a list of channels you can quickly scroll through using the programme up/down button. Make a note of the channel number if record tv is listed, and exit the menu.

This is an official release,and therefore OTA is planned, I won’t post date as yet to be confirmed, but mid Feb is the current thinking.

Delay to OTA, not associated with the actual software, more news when available.
