Blank/black screen when trying to open All4 from the Android TV Home and the Freeview Play Home screens. YouTube opens and plays videos fine.
Just checked and all 4 main players are working for me.

Almost 24 Hours since I started this thread and only 1 comment so far

Please don’t “shoot” me Barry but does the longer a beta gets released without issues mean that it could drop to the general public as a live firmware update? Or there will be another beta on the way? Just trying to manage my expectations and when I will be able to use new features, etc.
There may be more beta’s before we get to a public release.

Moderator1. A few report this, wait for the next update see if it improves matters
2. Current beta test software has the ability to re order favourites list of channels, and appears to work well, so should be included in next public update.

Dear Barry,
Please also send me the software solution to sort out difficulties with Youtube. Like others, I cannot search and the videos that do appear are quite random. My Humax Freesat is a HDR1100S.
I hope you can oblige.

No, but make a note of your scheduled timers as they will be deleted.

Model is FVP-5000T, and software version is now UKTFAE 1.03.53
We have known about that since 10 Feb – Link to post advising of update.

As always, and I know it is a pain to do, if you have any obscure problems that no one else is reporting (there are over 20 owners in this group of testers) then the advice is to carry out a reset of your unit.

Last night the Aura was in deep standby (using the new option), but this morning when I switched it on there was a blank screen. Switching it off (standby using the remote) and on again made no difference so I had to unplug and it is back to normal. There was a recording during deep standby (5:30-6:00) but that worked fine.

What is the exact problem – black screen without GUI (no home screen for example),
Or with graphics but no Video & Audio in live channel.
