As the front panel is the same as a HDR T2 perhaps it is located in same position which is half way between cental control and vol – button.

1. ITV player is not available, so you cannot add it.
2. Google app is not available, so you cannot add it.
3. Where exit has no effect just press the portal button to be taken back to home screen.
The BBC rarely, if ever admit to any mistakes on their part, even when they are to blame.

The only way I can apparently replicate similar is with the zoom button, it takes a second or so to react to the button being pressed.
Only other suggestion, has screen ratio setting on TV been altered.
Ah, you have a mix of transmitters methinks, Ridge Hill and Ridge Hill West – as you should be seeing 25
Why this would cause Film 4 problem?
However try a manual tune for the muxes you require 21, 22, 24, 25, 27, 28,
Remember to change to DVB T2 for channel 22.
