Appears to be working again now on a HD/HDR T2, along with other stuff that stopped working. Will check 2000T shortly.

At a guess you are receiving from Crystal Palace, and therefore (ignoring London live for a moment) appear to be missing com 4 multiplex which is strange as it is transmitted at same power as other multiplexes.

There is no option on a Youview box for antenna power, that I am aware of.

Suggestions, or rather grasping at straws really – move it to another room and try, and failing that another locale on same transmitter – relative perhaps ?

With respect to the WMV samples I have tried – all trick play functions are available, skip forward/back, FF/RWD, timebar seek using the right/left arrow, work but not direct time entry. Resume playback from previous position also works.

    Welcome to our Forum :-)

I only have a few short WMV samples (think they originated from microsoft) Amazing caves, Coral Reef Adventure, Discoverers.

They playback fine from usb pendrive.

Probably in a minority, but I like the positive feedback the remote gives to user.

Internet problem – try just accessing the internet settings menu, and exit.

Barry, do you know if anything will be done about this issue in a future software release?

I have not ignored this question, rather I’ve been trying to get more info, but none forthcoming so far, they (Humax) are aware though.

It only appears to be media/blue that does not recognise a network connection is present.

Work around I use as previously mentioned is access internet settings menu and exit, or just press portal button, wait for it to load and exit.

I think it is only Germany that have unit(s) compatible at this time.

Failures are very few and far between it would appear, my last one was 23rd May so very hard to actually tie it down.

Humax Towers are aware, but no feedback as yet from engineers.
