Copied on same USB after deleting previous program.
On computer, I now had .recording & recording also. I renamed .recording & it worked on the HDR2000T
Pleased you got it to work. I can still see no reason why it didn’t have sound first time around.
A bit disappointed with the new Humax. They seem to have a history of “losing” some good options. Bring the folders back Humax!
Sadly that is true. As the market for PVRs diminishes, I can’t escape the feeling that Humax are losing interest in their current products.

Thank you very much for your prompt replies.
Can you tell us which channel the programme was recorded from?

I removed the leading dot. The 2000 played the video, but no sound.
Not sure what is happening. I will do a test and come back to you.
I copied a short recording to USB storage, removed the dot from .recordings and attepted to play it on an HDR-FOX T2 and it played fine with audio and video. I tried both audio settings (multi-channel or stereo) and both worked. Unfortunately I won’t have access to our HDR-2000T until after the lockdown ends. Maybe EEPhil could repeat the experiment as I have no ideas why it isn’t working for you; sorry.

Don’t understand “try copying it to somewhere eles on the USB memory stick.”
Do I copy from the 5000 to the USB, then via my computer copy the program to another file?
Yes that was what I was suggesting but it doesn’t matter as removing the dot worked.

Tried it. Didn’t work. Nothing showed up on the 2000.
I take it you did rename the .recordings folder? The crucial thing is to remove the leading dot.
Showed up in the computer in the USB under .recordings -Four times, HJM file, HJTSM file, NTS file & TS file.
The TS file is the only one that will be useful on the HDR-2000T; try copying it to somewhere eles on the USB memory stick.

I had to format disc which I did reluctantly but still came up with unknown error.
Why were you reluctant to format it? What make and model of drive is it?

As above anyone else missing 103 epg data after 13:30 today using a FVP 4000 or FVP- 5000T.
Just checked and I have a full 7 day guide on 103 using an FVP-5000T from Chesterfield transmitter.

Also no SKIP function just Fast FWD.
There is a skip function but no dedicated buttons: see Barry’s FAQ https://myhumax.org/forum/topic/how-to-use-skip-function Not as convenient as having skip buttons but workable.
I recorded a programme in 2 parts last night and in the recordings list they are separated and I have no idea which is the first part as it does not show the times as it did on the T2.
When you select the programme to play it will show you the start and finish times of the recording.

No non alphanumeric characters – 12 digits long
OK so that should work fine. Maybe somebody else with a Virgin Media Hub 3 can comment on whether it works for them.

I have the correct password as all my other devices are connected to the WiFi. My iPhone, Switch and Laptop. Seems like a software issue that needs updating.
How many characters long is the password? Does it contain any non alphanumeric characters?

My box just will not connect to WiFi. Has anyone managed to solve this problem?
Please could you describe what happens when you attempt to connect?

On Disk Utility on my Mac
Sorry not a Mac expert; if it has used a GPT partition scheme then that would be the problem. To be compatible with the Humax you need an MBR scheme. This link may help https://myhumax.org/forum/topic/using-usb?quote=77007#postform

I have formatted a USB memory stick to FAT32 but my Humax doesn’t recognise that I have plugged it in as it is not visible on media.
How did you format the memory stick?
