Due to the instabilities of our site with our new host provider, we have reverted back to the old server.
Apologies for lost of posts and registrations that have taken place since the switch over. Unfortunately, we are unable to move these across.
MyHumax.Org has now been successfully migrated across to our new host and ISP. Please reply to this thread if you encounter any issues.

I have just approved all comments for that blog page/post. The blog area of MyHumax.Org is currently a bit dormant, and probably in the future be disbanded.
The blog area is not the ‘forums’ so the question ‘Is this forum still active at all?’ is a bit nonsensical.
There are threads in the forum for some of raydon’s specific software, which if you post here, would find the responses more timely…
I examined the old site's RSS code and compared it with the update site. No differences in the code, so it must be Brief!

All I can suggest is that Brief is not compatible with the new forum software.
Also, Brief has not been updated since May 2011, so looking for another RSS add-on might be necessary…
Just installed Brief 1.6.2 add-on to my Firefox 12.0. MyHumax.Org Forum RSS feed seems OK to me:

I will look in to this. We had a server and forum software update on the 29th March. This might have broken the RSS feed.
However, the forum update has provided a subscription facility, so now all members can subscribe to any topic to get replies via email.
Yes, and yes. The site went into read-only mode after 7am, with all users logged out, and login and registration disabled for the migration to a new server.
Yesterday’s issues whatever they might have been, were not site related as no changes were made to the live site.
Server migration and software upgrades have now successfully made. Please report any issues you might have in this thread.

Using VPN to access iPlayer or services just for the UK is not an illegal activity in itself. However, we don’t know what the situation is with using a Humax Freesat box to access iPlayer this way.
